Blurb: 'A falling, or shooting, star, is the common name for the visible path of a meteoroid if it survives impact with the Earth's surface.'
Christopher Mason, the infamous lead singer of The Forgotten, has a reputation for being 'difficult'. Harboring dark memories and the burden of a painful secret, he struggles with a past he desperately wants to destroy. Amidst this star's battle with the pull of his demons, he risks losing everything he’s built as a musician.
Enter Mia Ryder, the head strong yet laid back, lead singer of Hushed Mentality. As the opening act for The Forgotten, Mia and her all girl rock band are sure to gain the publicity needed to sky rocket to the next level in their dream career.
Mia's laidback personality is challenged by Chris’s plotting for their demise and removal of the 'girlie band' from 'his' tour. But even Chris's best laid plans aren't prepared for Mia.
As the demons pull this shining star down, is the one person he wants to eliminate the only person who can save him from the collision course he is on?
Finally another rock star book that I love! After reading Thoughtless and Effortless I seem to have developed a rock star fetish, and after reading several rock star books since, none have had the impact on me like Thoughtless. I was just about to give it up and then BAM! I find Falling Stars on Amazon for free! I think it's the only book I have ever gotten free that I loved completely!
It had everything I wanted in a book. I mean sometimes I just hate the instant attraction that the characters get in a lot of cheesy romances. In falling Stars you actually feel them falling in love. Christopher has a very dark past which makes him really messed up and very needy when it comes to Mia. I'm such a sucker when it comes to needy and broken men in the novels I read. Sometimes the whole alpha male thing gets old. Don't get me wrong at first Christopher is a compete ass. but it's whats underneath all that bad boy tough guy stuff that makes me love him!. I loved how the book came together in so many different stages and it's a very long book but I loved every minute of it! If you loved Thoughtless by S.C. Stephens or even Beautiful Disasters by Jamie McGuire then there is no doubt that you will love this to!

SAHM to four rowdy kids. Avid reader and blogger.
